Terms and Conditions 1. Make sure to check your email/messages regularly to see if there are any changes in pick up time, dessert details, etc. 2. If the Client fails to make payments, CUDA’S CAKES will cease work, the order will be canceled and no refund will be given. 3. Preferred methods of payment are cash, Venmo, or Check! 4. No Returns! 5. CUDA’S CAKES cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work or requests but will ensure the look is similar. 6. CUDA’S CAKES reserves the right to use all photographs of the dessert (s) for advertising purposes. 7. Pickup will be determined with Antonetta Cuda. 8. Make sure to check over the contract, due to the price and other edits of the order.
